Every item we create is entirely unique, custom-made, and tailored specifically to your liking. Because of the dedicated craftsmanship that goes into each individual piece, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before your order ships.
Need It Sooner?
If you are ordering for a special occasion or need your item by a specific date, please specify your deadline in the order notes at checkout or email us at sales@keyz2marz.com. While we cannot guarantee a rushed timeline, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request and put a rush on your order if possible.
The 24-Hour Change Window
Because we jump right into designing and prepping your custom pieces, no changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours of placing your order. Please double-check all sizes, colors, and personalization details before finalizing your purchase. Email us at sales@keyz2marz.com if you have any issues.
Refund Policy
Due to the highly customized, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes.
Qualifying for a Refund
We take great pride in our work, but we are human! Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the event that a mistake was made on our part, such as:

A misspelling of a name or text that differs from what you provided in your order notes.

The wrong design, color, or item was sent.
How to report an issue: If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us at sales@keyz2marz.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the error. We will gladly fix it and make things right!
